On Saturday, April 26th at Ford Arena, there’s going to be a TROWDOWN IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS! We will have 2 overlapping competitions. The “Invitational” portion of the competition will feature Male and Female athletes finishing in the top 30 in the CrossFit Games Open from the 8 area affiliates. If anyone in the top 30 is unavailable to compete in the Invitational or chooses to go team, the spots may be back-filled by athletes capable of meeting all movement and weight standards.
This year’s Masters Category will be Invite only. The top 15 Masters Male (40+) & 15 Masters Female (40+) that choose not to compete in the Standard Invitational or on a Team will make up this division.
The SETX “Open Championship” registration will be FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. We will have following registration groups available:
40 Standard Male
40 Standard Female
20 teams (4 person = 2 Male, 2 Female)
Registration Opens Thursday, April 3rd at 8:00am
SETX Area athletes will have from April 3rd to April 8th to register. After the 8th any spots in the Open Championship that go unfilled will be opened up to those outside of our 8 affiliates. This goes for individual and team spots.
